How long does order processing take?

Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed. Once processing has been completed you will receive email notification. You can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days if the items are in stock.

Can you dye and curl ChiLuxe extensions?

Yes! ChiLuxe is 100% Virgin and Raw hair that takes heat and color extremely well. We do recommend buying your bundles and wigs pre-colored by us or letting a professional do it.

How long does ChiLuxe extensions last?

Depending on how you care/treat your hair, they can last up to 12+ months.

Do ChiLuxe offer expedited shipping?

Yes. This will be an option for shipping but please be mindful that the fulfillment duration time is still 2-3 days to process.

Should I Receive confirmation and shipping details to my email?

Yes. You should receive two separate emails. One confirming your order, then one with information regarding tracking information.

What cap size does the wigs come in?

All wigs come in standard size which is a medium(22”-22.5”). If you would like your wig cap small(21”-21.5”) or large(23”-23.5”) it will be an additional charge.
