BRAND RETURN POLICIES

Custom items are FINAL SALE! These items are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. Any personalized or made to order products are included. Please review all customization details carefully before placing an order.

Non-custom items are eligible for returns and refunds with the following conditions:

The items must be in their original condition and unused. 

Items must be returned within 5 Days from the date of delivery. 

Restocking Fee: All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee

Returns Shipping: The buyer is responsible for shipping cost unless the return is due to error on our part or a defective product.

 

EXCHANGES

We ONLY do an even exchange if the items are defective or it was a mistake on our part.

Please inspect your order when it arrives, if it’s defective, contact customer service immediately via email.

In email label in subject bar: DEFECTIVE, also include photos

Once item is received and inspected, we will send you email to notify you about your new order.

You will be shipped the same product you initially purchased.
